Entelligence offers a comprehensive benefits program that allows our employees to choose benefits that best fit their needs.
This overview provides a description of the benefits that are offered to you as a full-time Entelligence employee. Many of our benefits are also available to your family and/or eligible dependents.
8 Paid Company Holidays
8 paid holidays a year, for all full-time employees, are paid for by Entelligence. Recognized holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Holidays falling on Saturdays are observed on the preceding Friday. Holidays falling on Sunday are observed on the following Monday.
3 Weeks of Paid Vacation
Entelligence offers 3 weeks of paid time off for all full-time employees on an annual basis. Vacation time is based upon the number of hours worked, as ten hours are earned each month of employment. For full-time employees vacation time can be used at anytime throughout the year in accordance with our vacation policy. Employees not working full-time, or on a contract basis, may be eligible for paid vacation based on the number of hours and duration worked for the company.
3 Flex Days
Entelligence pays for up to 3 flex days a year for our full-time employees. These days may be used for sick or personal time, nursing a sick child, family emergency, funeral, or other unforeseen circumstances. Flex days automatically cover time off when an employee is out sick and are not used as vacation time.
Medical Health Care Plan
Entelligence offers optional medical health insurance and prescription drug coverage. We offer our eligible employees, and their eligible dependents, two PPO health plans to choose from. Entelligence subsidizes a majority of the premium and the employee’s portion is deducted from earnings on a pre-tax basis.
Dental Care Plan
Our optional benefit provides dental coverage for employees and eligible dependents. Entelligence subsidizes a majority of the premium and the employee’s portion is deducted from earnings on a pre-tax basis.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Entelligence offers employees this optional benefit to help defer medical costs. Individual contributions to the FSA are deducted from the employee’s paycheck on a pre-tax basis. The FSA may be used for reimbursement of most medical expenses including prescriptions, doctor’s visits, hospital and lab fees, vision (eye or contact lens exam), dental and day care costs of eligible dependents.
Long-term / Short-term Disability
Entelligence provides full-time employees coverage for long/short term disability benefits. Employees are eligible for this benefit coverage on the 1st day of the month following thirty days of continuous employment. LTD is offered after an employee completes the STD period.
Life Insurance
Entelligence provides all full-time employees life insurance coverage. Employees are eligible for this benefit coverage on the 1st day of the month following thirty days of continuous employment. The benefit is one times the employee’s annual salary up to $50,000.
401(k) With Company Matching
Entelligence offers a savings program for employees to defer a percentage of their total annual compensation into a variety of investment options before taxes. Entelligence matches employee contributions 50 cents on the dollar up to 5% of 401(k) wages. Company contributions are vested on the basis of the employee’s completed length of service.
