John Biedermann joined Entelligence in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and was subsequently named to the position of Chief Operations Officer.

During the past two years, Mr. Biedermann has restructured the company’s service offering and pricing models, resulting in a 2007 forecast of triple-digit growth. His alignment of the company’s operating and business structure has also resulted in the reduction of the firm’s cost structure, enabling Entelligence customers to benefit from year-over-year price reductions so they can compete more effectively in the market.

Mr. Biedermann has more than 16 years of experience in the financial, operations and administrative functions of high growth companies. Prior to joining Entelligence, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Zettaworks, a $20 million industry leader in providing Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions to Global 3000 companies. He previously served as CFO for Memorial Operations Company, Talent Tree Employ HR Services and Stone-Partners Inc.

Mr. Biedermann is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Houston chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Biedermann is married and is active in the lives of his three children.
