Employees nationwide have ranked how their companies rate for balancing work with personal life on Glassdoor.com, a popular jobs and career community. Citrix placed No. 19 in its “Top 25 Companies For Work-Life Balance 2012” list, which is based on reviews by employees. Citrix received a rating of five stars from employees with the main “pro” of the company being the flexible work schedule.
