We decided that we would shine the spotlight on some of our team and learn a bit about them and why they love being a part of our mission to delight our clients.
Today, we’re talking with Reza Sarkhani, Project Manager, Global Solution Services.
So, Reza tell us a little about your background.
I have had the privilege of working on 3 different continents- Europe, Asia, and North America. I currently work with Hitachi Data Systems and their hardware and software.
Tell us about what your high customer satisfaction scores. How do you do it?
Well, I try to do my best and I get a lot of support from the people at Entelligence, my team and managers.
You’ve performed really well in this role. What would you say has contributed to your success?
To start with I feel like I am working for people I can count on. I also think that my varied background helps me be more aware in many ways of what is going on and seeing problems and fixing them before they become too big to handle.
How has Entelligence contributed to your success?
They let me do my work unencumbered. They just let you get on with what you need to do. They only offer advice if you REALLY need it. They don’t micromanage. And, maybe this is a generalization, but I’m pretty sure that NOBODY likes to be micromanaged. Why hire really competent people if you’re going to look over their shoulder all the time, right? Entelligence managers don’t do that, thankfully.
What do you like about Entelligence? Why do you stay?
I must say that I like the people at Entelligence, the work is varied, interesting and above all challenging. I treat every day as a personal lesson learned and feedback for the next day. That way I will tweak my performance to optimum level of the specific situation. Entelligence is one of those rare companies that offer the challenging work that I seek.
